I have never for a minute regretted quitting my career as a medical doctor to homeschool our children. Learning to be a happy, healthy family working together to acquire knowledge, both measurable and immeasurable, has been fulfilling and challenging beyond description. We genuinely like to be around each other, and I feel my kids are filled with an innate desire to learn that our homeschooling experience fuels.
